92bat Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Rules

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

2. Eligibility

To create and use a 92bat account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 92bat does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 92bat or any related platform, or be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force.
• You must be accessing 92bat from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 92bat. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If 92bat identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the first verified one will be permanently closed. Any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any payment account details used for transactions. 92bat is not responsible for failed transactions or account issues arising from incorrect information provided at registration.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by anyone else who gains access through your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 92bat support immediately. We will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

3.4 Account Verification

92bat may at any time request verification documents to confirm your identity, age and payment method ownership. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of mobile wallet ownership or other relevant documentation. Failure to provide requested verification within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits

All deposits to 92bat must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 92bat accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay wallet
• SadaPay wallet
• IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

The minimum deposit amount on 92bat is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit, though payment channel limits set by your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply independently of 92bat's own policies.

92bat does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 92bat is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment services.

5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your Real Money Funds balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all required verification checks before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and, where applicable, the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed within an average of 10 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers via IBFT are typically processed within one business day.

5.1 Withdrawal Holds

92bat reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review or verification purposes. You will be informed if your withdrawal is placed under review. Large withdrawals — typically those above Rs 500,000 — may require additional documentation before being released. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and not an indication of any wrongdoing.

5.2 Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Eligibility

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the specified wagering requirement for the relevant bonus before any portion becomes withdrawable as Real Money Funds. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds balance being forfeited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

92bat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers on 92bat:

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device and per payment account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Money Funds.
• Standard wagering requirements on 92bat bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the Bonus Funds balance being removed from your account.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering volume — will be treated as a violation of these Terms. 92bat may void all associated bonuses and winnings and close the relevant accounts.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

New 92bat players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The specific amount, percentage match and wagering requirement of the current welcome offer are displayed on the registration page. Welcome bonuses are only available to players who have not previously held an account on 92bat.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the 92bat platform operate using independently certified random number generators (RNG). The RNG ensures that every game outcome — whether a slot spin, crash multiplier, card deal or any other result — is completely random and cannot be influenced or predicted by any party, including 92bat itself.

7.1 Game Decisions

The result of any completed game round as recorded by 92bat's system is final. If a technical error occurs during a game round that prevents a result from being recorded correctly, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance. 92bat will not be held liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside our reasonable control.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

8. Referral Programme

• Commission is earned only on real money wagers placed by referred players — not on Bonus Funds bets.
• Self-referral — using your own referral link to create a second account — is prohibited and will result in both accounts being closed.
• Commission rates are tiered based on the number of active referrals and are displayed on the Refer a Friend page. 92bat reserves the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable notice.
• Referral commission is paid weekly. Accumulated earnings below Rs 1 will not be processed until the balance reaches that threshold.
• 92bat may suspend the referral programme or any individual participant's access to it if we detect abusive behaviour, artificial referrals or any attempt to manipulate the commission system.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 92bat. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance, including Real Money Funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using software, scripts, bots or any automated tool to interact with 92bat games or services.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities. Any bug must be reported to 92bat support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game.
• Using stolen payment credentials or depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 92bat to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 92bat staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

92bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that gaming should be an entertaining activity and that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling habits. We provide the following tools to help all 92bat players stay in control:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits — configure the maximum you are willing to lose in a set period.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account.

12. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any 92bat content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 92bat's intellectual property may result in legal action.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Suspension by 92bat

92bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• An account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• A player has provided false identity or payment information.
• A regulatory requirement mandates account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any Real Money Funds balance may be held pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, balances associated with the breach may be forfeited.

13.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your 92bat account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (after deducting any pending Bonus Funds obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

14. Limitation of Liability

92bat provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92bat's total liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the incident. 92bat shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses.

Gaming involves financial risk. 92bat does not guarantee any level of return and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform. Players are solely responsible for their gaming decisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

92bat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of 92bat following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an updated version of the Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
